Pioneer will update the bundled software that comes with the DDJ-S1 to Serato Audio Research’s new SERATO ITCH 2.0 DJ software (updated from ITCH 1.8 to ITCH 2.0). Sale of the DDJ-S1 with the updated ITCH software is planned for October. Users who already own the DDJ-S1 DJ controller can download the update free of charge*.
The DDJ-S1 provides the same high operability as Pioneer’s professional DJ equipment, enabling top-level DJ performance. It is relied on by many DJs for its plug and play compatibility allowing DJ play by simply connecting the controller to a PC via USB cable, and for its simple, easy-to-use functions.
