Visit to learn more. Caterpillar Safety Services took Colas USA on its Journey to Goal Zero to break through a safety plateau. In order to go from average to excellent, Colas USA understood the importance engaging all levels of the organization in safety. Leading the way on the Colas USA Journey to Goal Zero was an engaged, employee-driven Continuous Improvement team focused on improving safety processes.
