Cross page posting allows to post one page to another page. By default, when you click a button, the webform posts to itself. If you want to post to another webform on a button click, set the PostBackUrl of the button, to the page that you want to post to.
Page.IsCrossPagePostBack Property is used to indicate whether the page is involved in a cross-page postback.
The problem with FindControl() method is that, if you mis-spell the ControlID, we could get a runtime NullRefernceException.
In the next video we will discuss about obtaining a strongly typed reference to the previous page, which can avoid NullRefernceExceptions.
