It was CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 that Caterpillar launched it’s first on-highway truck. Now, three years later, CONEXPO 2014 in Las Vegas was the venue to launch the new on-highway truck model CT681 with set forward axle truck. This model represents the expansion of Caterpillar’s heavy-duty line of Class 8 work trucks, also known as on highway or vocational trucks. The first model, the CT660, has been on the roads and on job sites for the past two plus years, much to our customers’ delight. They can expect even more with the Cat CT681.
