I called Samsung today to see if they can assist me with returning my Note 7 as well as take my temp Note 5 back and credit me the $30-$40 per month they have been charging me for my temp phone as I am getting the run arounds with my T-Mobile carrier. I just want to get this over with I’ve already spent enough time with this BS.
They can only assist with my Note 7 by sending me a package with a return label but says it will take time for the refund. Also the temp Note 5 i have to deal with that with my carrier.
Such a waste of time totally regretting ever getting the Note 7.
Tomorrow ill go T-Mobile again and call T-mobile if I have any problems. I assure you Ill be in the t-mobile store for at least two hours wasting more time.
