Best OBS Studio or XSplit Capture Card You Can Buy – AV.IO 4K USB 3.0 4K@30 or 1080@60 Video Capture

I asked Epiphan to send me a couple of these AV.IO 4K devices a few months ago after reading that they support 1080p60 and 4k30 over USB 3.0 on both Mac and PC with absolutely no drivers and work seamlessly with OBS, XSplit and VNC. These are handy for making any video camera a high-resolution webcam and making any other HDMI source live streamable or recordable.

A) I actually got both my units in November of 2016, I just kept using them and never got around to actually reviewing them until now so technically he and everyone else after November 2016 copied me! But seriously, saying someone copied someone else when reviewing a piece of hardware is like saying someone copied someone else by breathing.

Q) Why are you so fat and disgusting?

Q) Why do you always wear PJ pants? It makes you look unprofessional.
A) Actually, it’s the most professional thing I could possibly do! Let me explain why. I actually put an amendment in the board of directors meeting requirements clause for my business when founding my company Barnacules Nerdgasm. The amendment REQUIRES all board members of the company to wear PJ pants to all meetings both digital and physical. I’ve also incentivised wearing PJ pants on screen by rewarding the talent (me) with bonuses for complying with the company dress code. So, now that this is legally my uniform, wearing it and complying with the company dress code is about as professional as I could possibly be! #DropsMic
