Here are a couple of clown toys from Tim’s collection. The first one is for really small children, but it appealed to Tim because of the multiple actions it shows. First of all you can push it as hard as you like, and it will roll back and forwards, before returning to an upright position. Second, when you push down on the clown’s head gently, it will squeak. And finally, when you push down even harder, or when you spin the clown, his arms will flap.

The second toy is made for an older audience. Designed by Ohio Art, this clown has a traditional push down spinning top mechanism. When the clown spins fast enough, his orange ruff extends out an amazing distance. Then, as he slows down again, the ruff is pulled back inside his body. An ingenious effect!

Finally Tim shows one of his masks that allows you to blow four party blow-outs simultaneously. Be a clown!
