What’s up Nerdgasm Fans! Today I wasn’t too good with my diet but on the plus side I did get a lot of exercise. I started doing a class with @DrunkenMstrPaul called Arnis which is a Filipino Martial Art using sticks and weapons. It’s actually really cool because this very first class I did in this VLOG we jumped right into it with sticks and weapons. It was so demanding and required so much focus I literally forgot to vlog anything but the conversation at the end. This Thursday I will be doing another VLOG where I will show more combat and try to get some fun footage for the vlog for you guys!
