“Badass My Crossbow” Stage 2 – Spikeware Time!

Published on September 18, 2017

After successfully achieving the most important goal – increasing the firing rate from three shots per minute to 10 shots per minute – it was time for stage two of making the 89 Euro cheapo crossbow more lethal,

This was done by adding a viscous stainless steel spike to the underside of the cast iron front stock, ideal to perforate the dome of an attacking Zombie. The original mounting points for a quiver proved ideal for the attachment of that spike.

In place of the now obsolete stirrup, a bayonet adapter with a false muzzle, compatible with M1903 Springfield bayonet types (eg the M1905 bayonet), The bayonet is strong enough to pierce a car door to the hilt! It is designed to be shoved into the mouth of a Zombie and then on down the monster’s throat. Then, a bolt can be fired securely and leisurely into the Zombie’s brain.

The weapon is now ready for the Zombie Go Boom Ivan Head test, and The Slingshot Channel shall be getting in touch with the experts in order to prepare for an exciting upcoming new episode.

Stay tuned!

A “The Slingshot Channel” production.
