In this tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to back up the EFS partition on your Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge in case you ever run into problems with custom recovery causing the EFS data to become corrupted. If this were to happen, your IMEI would be lost, and your phone would be unable to connect to any mobile network—so be sure to have a backup just in case.
