Some things are just not designed to be fixed, and this is unfortunately one of them. A double sided PCB held in by captive connectors that act like heatsinks and make desoldering it for removal difficult. But now we know there are alternatives to fixing this. One is to add an external relay with just four wires tapped onto the appropriate PCB pads (two for the coil and two for the N/O contact) and one is to Dremel the case open. both would require creative weatherproofing if the module is exposed to water in any way.
