AT&T technicians from Natural Disaster Recovery (NDR) team are responding to power and network outages stemming from Hurricane Matthew. Generators are being deployed where power is out, and teams are setting up portable charging stations, and moving satellite-enabled Cells on Light Trucks (COLT) into position along the southeast coast.
