American Green Marijuana Distributors Buy Nipton, CA To Create A Pot-Lovers’ Paradise

The 80-acre community of Nipton, California has been sold to a marijuana distributor.
American Green bought the unincorporated land for $5 million. The company plans to make it a “cannabis-friendly destination,” manufacturing weed-infused water and edible marijuana products.
Nipton currently has a population of 20 people.
American Green will use the old general store, school, and hotel, investing more than $2 million to turn the former gold rush town into a pot-lovers’ paradise.
