If you do it this way you’ll want to have a current backup so you can restore from backup. If you don’t have a current backup just plug in your device, and hold OPTION+Click (Mac) or SHIFT+Click (Windows) on “Check for Updates” and point it to the 7.0.2 IPSW and you won’t lose any information.
