If your AccuWeather app has a blank bar
Tap and hold the AccuWeather widget until it highlights and then drag it to the upper right corner of the display — a trashcan will appear and you can drop the app in the trash.
Tap the “+” located on the top right corner. This will bring up a view of the widgets and the 5 home screens of the tablet. Touch the Accuweather app and drag and drop it on one of the 5 screen panels at the top.
Press the Home button and swipe to the screen you dropped it on. It should now work correctly.
