In Düsseldorf, Siemens in building the world’s most efficient gas power plant. When it goes into operation in 2016 it will hold three world records. And this will occur in Germany – the land of energy transformation – despite the current uncertain outlook for gas power plants. This success can also be attributed to one of the largest district heating networks.
