Q. How do you stop your fingers, hands, wrists, arms from cramping due to gaming for extended periods?

A. I can tell you what I do. Squeeze a tennis balls 20 times (each hand), do 20 military style push-ups and 20 chin-ups. Do this three things each day and you shouldn’t have any problems with cramping. Plus walk 20+ minutes per day.
