Very lucky to see 41 Squadron Typhoon jets doing dry strafe runs at Holbeach range, usually Typhoons are always at high altitude on the ranges, doing laser work or providing top cover for jets below, it’s rare to see them training for the close air support role. The Typhoons made a cool howl sound as the dived out of the clouds, and one of the three jets was my favourite Typhoon centenary tail ZK315.
