MG-42 filmed at 600 frames per second using a Casio EXF1 Pro high speed camera. I wanted to post a video just of this single machine gun.
This particular MG-42 fired at a rate close to 1200 RPM but some fired 1500 RPM or more. The Brownings and Vickers of the same era fired at only around 600 RPM.

This is my favorite high speed camera footage I filmed at Big Sandy MG shoot. Perfect lighting, great background, etc.
