In the tweet, the company referred to the smartphone as being, “faster, smarter and sharper,” than ever before. The company has updated its line-up with a more critical storage option and the latest operating system, i.e., 6GB of RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo directly out of the box.

As already mentioned previously, Moto India took to its official Twitter account to announce the arrival of the latest Moto X4 smartphone. The device is currently available in the Indian market in two different variants, i.e., 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory along with 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of inbuilt memory. “A Moto X4 with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage is expected to accompany the other two variants starting next month,” a report by Gadgets 360 reads.

“This variant might have Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box,” the report further adds. The rest of the other variants of the Moto X4 smartphone began receiving the latest operating system update sometime last month. One can expect the price of the Moto X4 smartphone in the Indian market to be around Rs 24,999. It is interesting to note that there hasn’t been any 6GB RAM variant available on any of the Motorola websites.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Moto X4 smartphone sports a 5.2-inch full HD LTPS IPS display with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels resolution. The smartphone is further powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 system-on-chip, alongside being packed with 3 or 4GB of RAM and 32 or 64GB of inbuilt memory. On the camera front, the handset packs a 12-megapixel rear sensor along with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor and a 16-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is home to a massive 3,000mAh battery.
