Here is an under water test testing the touch screen, speakers (in and out of water), camera and finger print scanner on the Samsung Galaxy S7 versus the Apple iPhone 7.
I did do a water test in the ocean with the S7 before and went down pretty deep and did have minor / temporary issues:
