How to Bootloader Unlock, TWRP, & Root a GPE HTC One

In todays softModder tutorial, I’ll show you how to get a full bootloader unlock (no dealing with S-OFF) and install a custom recovery to root or flash custom ROMS on the Google Play Edition HTC One. This only works for GSM versions, wipes the device, and loses the ability to get OTA updates.
We’ll be using TWRP as our custom recovery (aka Team Win Recovery Project).
