In this tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to theme the smaller elements in Android’s System UI. While flashable ZIPs and Theme Engine themes might cover a lot of your bases, there are always some tiny leftovers that still need to be themed.
This hack requires root and the Xposed Framework, since it utilizes the “Android Theme Engine” Xposed module. But tutorials on those prerequisites are available at the link above.
