After finding new drug packaging on the streets, Sao Paulo police recently tracked down an automatic cocaine-wrapping machine.
The machine streamlines the drug packaging process, using less manpower to increase revenue for dealers. That kind of machine is usually used for industrial packaging, but it was modified by the traffickers.
In addition to the machine, police found 600 pounds of wrapped cocaine. Officials say the machine allowed for daily profits of nearly $457,000.
