Space Station Live commentator Pat Ryan interviews HICO facility manager Mary Kappus. HICO (Hyperspectral Imager for the Coastal Ocean) is an imaging spectrometer based on the PHILLS airborne imaging spectrometers. HICO is the first spaceborne imaging spectrometer designed to sample the coastal ocean. This interview aired during Space Station Live on July 10, 2014.
