Soxhlet Extraction Capsaicin out of hot peppers!

Sorry about the audio guys, This was way back when i was making videos completely on my cellphone!

I used 90% methanol 10% h20 as a solvent.
That final product was 10ml of capsaicin oil, I put some on a toothpick and it burned my lips for 20 minutes D:

What else can i do with this interesting piece of equipment?
