Baptist Health South Florida’s Center for Robotic Surgery will broadcast live gallbladder and hysterectomy surgeries Thursday, September 12. Viewers can watch Ricardo Estape, M.D., medical director of the Center, and Anthony Gonzalez, M.D., chief of surgery at Baptist Hospital, perform the separate surgeries from operating room at South Miami Hospital. Both surgeries will highlight the technique of operating through one small incision in the belly button with the help of a robotic system.
