If you restart your Samsung Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge you are not closing background apps and they will still continue to run in the background when your phone boots back up. Too many apps running in the background can cause your S6 to become sluggish, laggy, cause hang ups and not to mention take up mobile data and drain your battery.
