Photographer Shannon Richardson self published his book “Route 66 American Icon” handling every aspect of the process. The class will cover the details of design and layout such as: understanding image preparation, soft proofing for accurate reproduction, using Adobe Indesign to create a print ready PDF file, working with the printer to achieve the finished product, and how to take advantage of the internet / social network sites for promotion and marketing.
