I made these prototype signs for a local beer company in Glasgow, but they never went ahead. Probably because they didn’t want to take the risk of new signage technology and also probably because they were more used to dealing with salesmen in suits than engineers in jeans.
Shame really. Their logo was perfect for simple LED signage, and they might have had one of the first persistence of vision (POV) displays in the industry.
