The Chinese technology giant’s 2017 flagship, i.e., OnePlus 5T was a massive hit. However, the fans are already looking forward to what they might have to offer this year. If reports are believed to be accurate, then 2018 OnePlus six will launch in the market in June this year. Following given are its rumored specifications and features:

OnePlus is heavily rumored to follow Apple’s footsteps when it comes to the smartphone’s display notch. It isn’t clear how precisely the firm will use to provide an immersive experience. However, the smartphone is speculated to pack a 1080 x 2280 pixel resolution with the Full HD+ panel in place of Quad HD+ resolution panel.

Regarding design, the smartphone will include a dual camera system with 16-megapixels and 20-megapixels sensors and improved image quality. The smartphone is further expected to add support for an advanced 3D facial recognition technology – similar to what appeared in Apple’s iPhone X. The firm may even include an LED flash on the rear panel. Apart from this, the OnePlus six smartphone will see itself including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 system-on-chip. Regarding storage, the smartphone is expected to be available in two storage options, i.e., 6GB and 8GB of RAM along with a 128GB option.

Fans are hoping that OnePlus allows them to expand the memory as per their preference, but it seems highly unlikely. Connectivity wise, you can expect the OnePlus 5T to come with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy, USB 3.1 Type-C connector, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and 4G VoLTE. On the software front, the upcoming flagship is expected to boot Android 8.1 Oreo-based OxygenOS out of the box.
