President Obama scolded a heckler during an LGBT event on Wednesday, saying he wouldn’t tolerate that type of behavior at the White House.

“Hey, listen, you’re in my house,” Obama said. “It’s not respectful, when you get invited to somebody […] You’re not going to get a good response from me by interrupting me like this.”

Obama’s answer to the heckler got a good response from the crowd, which started to boo and chant the president’s name.

“Shame on you,” Obama said to the heckler. “You shouldn’t be doing this.”

The president then offered the heckler a choice: Stay quiet or be removed. The person continued to speak, and officials escorted him out.
