iOS 7 First Look – In-depth
iOS 7 is truly fantastic. A lot of great features are jam packed into each device, as well as the software. Here’s a first look at all the great features within the new software. Up first is the homescreen, and lockscreen. The lockscreen features a notifications bar that can be accessed by swiping down, there’s also a setting’s toggle that can be accessed from swiping up. It looks fresh, and hip. Once you’ve unlocked your device, the homescreen looks alien-like. Everything is different. It looks like it fits. The weather application is more intuitive, and animations are present throughout. The camera app features 4 modes for shooting. The photos app rock albums like never before. You can organize photos like never before. Also, you can get a good glimpse at photos in a whole-view, before you touch them. This is easier because now you don’t have to swipe through everything to see which photo you’d like. Also, Siri is new. Two new voices, and more notifications are available. You can ask her/him new questions, and it overall rocks. When you’re searching for something on the web, it provides you a snippet, before asking you to access the webpage. Siri and iOS are now automobile compatible! Brands like Chevy, Ford, Jaguar and more will rock the new iOS in your favorite automobile!
