Net Neutrality is the concept that all Internet traffic should be treated equally. Today, The Federal Communications Commission is expected to publicly release its proposed rules about the future of the “Open Internet.”

The fear is that they’ll create a two lane highway internet system, one lane for you and another, faster lane for content providers (like Netflix and Hulu) who can pay more to broadband providers like Comcast and Verizon for an empty road.
