Today we shoot some solid gallium shotgun slugs. Since we HAVE had slugs break apart before that were made out of brittle metals like cast iron, I was concerned the same thing would happen with these. So I made some slugs using aluminum pellets and put a few grams of gallium in the tips. The slugs all performed better than I ever expected, with a few surprises as always.
