FIX: Could not load Shockwave Flash: Chromes Crashes/Freezes

How to fix/correct/solve “Could not load Shockwave Flash”.
In order to fix “Could not load Shockwave Flash” within Google Chrome / Mozilla FireFox you must do three steps.
1. Uninstall Shockwave Flash within the control panel.
2. Uninstall and then reinstall Google Chrome.
3. Close the Google Chrome browser and reopen.
This solution should correct the issue. Now when asked you can reinstall Shockwave Flash too. Even though it does not make sense to go this route, and i have no idea why this takes care of the issue..
