In my opinion you are better off paying the extra for the real thing or buying another name brand phone with the equivalent price of this clone. If you are familar with the real S3 or S4 you can tell right away that this fake it is not as sensitive and on point as the real one (it has a noticeable lag- even the Genuine s3 is smoother) Also, the camera on this knock off cannot be 12.8 mp or even 5 mp at most. The video is crap too.here.
On the bright side everything else seemed to be in good working order– GPS, Wifi, emails, texting, calls, external micro ram card- I added 16GB with no probs, etc

$610 for genuine S4 with free shipping on Amazon.com. Its an international version so its already unlocked. You pop in your sim card and go. This is great especially if you travel abroad or want to switch carriers.
