In this softModder tutorial, I’ll be showing you a new lock screen exploit in iOS 7.0.2 on the iPhone.

The newest iOS 7.0.2 update was to fix previous security issues where hackers could access personal data from the iOS 7 lock screen, but now there’s a new glitch/bug out that lets you make calls and send text messages or iMessages to anyone from the contacts list.

To do it…

1. Make a phone call using Siri to anyone who can use FaceTime
2. Click the FaceTime button
3. When FaceTime appears, click the Sleep/Wake button
4. Press the Wake or Home button
5. Wait a couple seconds
6. Slide to Unlock
7. Access!

To prevent someone from doing this on your device, make sure to disable Siri on the lock screen.
