Joerg Sprave connected me with the inventor of Big Blast and I thank him for that. You may have seen these on The Slingshot Channel, and I mentioned that I would like to try them too. This is a great idea, you turn empty 2lt. bottles into reactive targets. The challenge for me was finding the bottles so I went to our local recycling center and bought some from a guy who was going to recycle his bottles. It was cheaper than buying full sodas and dumping them out! You can still recycle them after you blow them up too! (pick up your range trash!)
We had a lot of fun with these. This was our first test with them. We experimented with various pressures. 100 psi seems to do the trick. We wanted to show what happens when you don’t inflate them very much too.
You can buy these on ebay for about $10 for a pack. They are reusable!
