Red Cross pulled a poster used for a 2014 swimming safety campaign that was accused of being racist.

The poster was called out by a Colorado family who spotted it at two different town pools.

The illustration points to “Cool” and “Not Cool” behavior. Almost all of the “uncool” behavior in the illustration is being committed by minorities.

Margaret Sawyer wrote on that it’s “horrifying that children across the country are absorbing this message.”

Red Cross thanked John Sawyer on and said it was taking immediate action to remove the posters. It’s unclear who authorized them in the first place.
