Air advisors from the 438th Air Expeditionary Advisory Group at Kabul, Afghanistan completed a combined exercise involving Afghan National Army Commandos and Afghan Air Force Mi-17 assets into a combined air assault capability. The ANA Commandos got familiarization training on rapid on-load and off-load of the Mi-17 and the Kabul wing pilots and aircrews received familiarization with commandos, air formations, aerial escort capabilities and aerial calls for fire.
